If you feel bad for someone, you are imaging how YOU would feel if you were in their situation. You do not know how THEY feel. You are just assuming. If you think it is hard for me, then you imagine that it would hard for YOU. If you think I would be sad or feel low, then you believe YOU would feel sad or low. If you think I could be struggling, then you believe YOU would be struggling. If you think I would let them "get me down", then you imagine YOU letting them "get you down". If you think I would feel alone, then you think YOU would feel alone. If you think I would perceive this as terrible, then you know that YOU would perceive this as terrible. If you think something was done by others to me and that is was horrible, then YOU think others do things to you and that sometimes they are horrible things being done to you by others

Do you get this? You are projecting YOUR thoughts on others (me in this case). What you see in others is just a reflection of YOUR inner feelings/thoughts/vibrations about YOURSELF.
Watch the difference. If the roles were reversed, I would write you and say things like this: "You are a winner, you know you are a winner and I know you are winning now. You must be loving the exciting experience you created. You are so lucky to be blessed in such amazing ways. I know you are doing better than ever, and will come out of this adventure with more knowledge and experiences that all of us will be excited to learn.
I know you know that you created your current experience for the highest good of all and that you are thankful everyday for what you created. I am sure you are at peace within. I know you are being an example of equanimity for all around you. All the others around you are so lucky to have you in their presence and you are so lucky to be meeting so many interesting people. It will be so exciting and fun to see how everything turns out, you must be having the time of your life! I am sure this is easy for you in everyway. I know you love these kind of emotional/physical/and spiritual training exercises, and I am looking forward to learning from you what you learned during your journey."
Get it? The point is I do not feel bad, it is not hard for me, I am not sad or feel low, I am not struggling here, I am not 'letting them get me down" (I am thankful and grateful to "them" and love "them"), I do not feel alone, it is not terrible, and no one did anything "to me" (I am not a victim, but a co-creator in this experience).
These are the mental/emotional attributes that give you complete peace at all times no matter what the conditions or circumstances. It comes automatically and effortlessly to me and it can be this way for you as well. It does not matter what the situation, you can always feel wonderful, at peace, and be overflowing with inner joy and bliss. You have this ability right now. I have found the way to reach this state. I have passed through the wall of fire.but please know, that I am enjoying complete inner peace and bliss beyond all human comprehension and understanding. I am so thankful and appreciative for this wonderful experience and for all of you, your support and your love.
